Heritage Environmental Projects Inc.
was founded 28 years ago with the vision of taking care of Vermonter's Lead and Asbestos hazards SAFELY at a fair price. Our goal is to provide customer satisfaction, with trustworthy, experienced, friendly technicians taking care of the projects with care and attention to detail.
We have satisfied customers on over 1000 projects since 1992. Most having passed Lead Dust Wipe Sampling Protocol as required by EPA and the VT Department of Health. Our team of 7 associates have over 120 years of combined experience in fields of Lead Abatement and Painting. In addition our team has over 60 years combined experience in Window Restoration/Replication.
Our trained, certified team continues to be recommended by all local Consultants such as Clay Point Associates Inc., Cardno/ ATC Inc., KD Associates Inc, Crothers Environmental as the firm to take care of your sensitive Lead Paint situations.
Employee and Worksite Safety has been a priority since day one. Maintaining annual physicals, respirator fit testing and State of VT certifications is a crucial part of our overall workplace safety. For Over 24 years we have maintained a virtually spotless safety record, which we are very proud of. The company has spent over $500,000 on personal protective equipment, worksite containment/cleaning supplies and HEPA filtration equipped vacuums.
